They made you think it's not allowed to be yourself.

They made you think it's ok to be a thief, stealing everyone's work. That being a copycat leads to riches and that there with these riches you will be satisfied..

They made you lose sight of who you really are.

You might think you've heard this all before, yeah yeah, or you might think this comes at just the right time, that you needed reminding. You lost belief in your true self. They sold you the lie and you bought it, and in return your lost your birthright. The you on your throne.

There were times you were aware of this authentic power within you, times with friends or family, with loved ones; during very intimate sessions; or on holiday. You felt at ease, zen, in flow, and within this bubble you were allowed to express your full self. And all was smooth.

After the lie, you went down the rabbithole, the trap was sprung and everyday you hear the You inside you trying to claw out. But you think it's too late - we've all been there - or if you don't think it's too late, you don't know WHAT to change, or you think, Why bother this is not for me anyways, this won't work for me anyways.

And it's true.

Most things DONT work. Courses, books, webinars, all of it. It's all External. You consume it, like a nice piece of candy, you get the hit, just in your brain, but there's no lightningbolt to the heart.

You do not come alive, reverbarating, scintillating with a storm of soul energy. No. You just go back to your old self, time and time again. And it is TRAGIC. But a tragedy warrants a hero, and that hero is you, there's no other way, no one is there to save you, but YOU.

And that's just it isn't it - everything else was fluff. EXTRA. It is about Subtraction instead of addition. Trimming the fat; going even further, down to the bone, to the core, to the heart of it all. The spirit of YOU. Your essence. Ah there!!
